I think the frame itself is worth $100 (what I would pay for it) but everyone else hate skinny tire bikes now, so market may be less. Make sure you fit it, love the ride and then let your desire set the price….4this bike is about 30 YO and verging on a classic ride. If it had Campagnolo, I would double my price to $250!
