I’m trying to get through this but I don’t know how to go on. I tried to align the H screw with the smallest pinion but could not even achieve that. It seems to be crooked to me.
Any advice is gonne be welcome. 🙂
Thanks!
Both the derailleur and the hanger look pretty bent to me. Take it to a shop to have it aligned. Its more than just a simple adjust, and likely a new derailleur.

thing is your derailleur hanger is heavily bent

Your derailleur hanger is bent, you need to straight or replace that before you can align the derailleur with the cassette

It’s hard to adjust because either the derailleur and/or hanger is bent.

That looks like your derailleur or derailleur cage is bent. You could try taking the derailleur off the bike and bending it back to straight but it will never be the same. Aluminum doesn’t like being bent and bent back. The risk is that it breaks sometime in the future and leaves you stranded.

Both your hanger and the cage on your derailleur are bent. Take it to your local LBS. They’ll straighten it up as best possible

Ohhh thanks everyone I will do so.

A new hanger and derailleur are around $50-60, your LBS can probably do the whole job for around $100 if you don’t trust yourself…or they can bend/align the hanger and tune the existing cage for around $50, either way it’s quite doable

The derailleur hanger is designed like a fuse; it bends/breaks to prevent worse damage to the derailleur/frame. I always keep a spare hanger in my bag.

In addition to hanger straightening/ r.d. condition checking, You could also consider adding maybe an inch of extra length to the outer cable run; yours isn’t currently *too*short, but I wouldn’t want mine any shorter.

3rd pic. See the black paint on the frame? There’s a small sliver of silver showing. The hanger is not fully seated in its place.
Its likely also bent, but it could just be loose.
Either that, or it’s the incorrect hanger for the frame.

Derailleur is 100% bent I’m not really sure about the hanger though. I’m assuming since the actual derailleur cage is bent the most likely the hanger is also.
