I recently gave my beak a deep clean, which involved removing the rear wheel, chain and cassette to give it a good clean. After re-assembly, it does this noise when pedalling forward. Any idea what might be causing this?

Can we get pictures from above the cassette and from the chain sitting on the cassette (from above as well)?
Is the routing correct? Sounds like the routing through the Derailleurs might be off.
You have probably routed the chain through the derailleur wrong, and it is on top of the tab between the two pulleys instead of under it.
