I just noticed – when I change gear to smallest, my chain is actualy sliding on frame protecting rubber. Is this normal ? I mesured my chain with my old tool. Not sure if it is universal but for most chains it works fine.

Not normal. It would help to see the whole drivetrain if you can take photo of it
Not normal at all, its not supposed to be like this.
This is a full suspension mountain bike yes?
The chain won’t touch the chainstay at sag. 👍
So sit on the bike and then reasses. It’s normal.
Front chain ring might be too small
