Just installed a brand new chain but noticed that it does not sit right on the lower pulley. It makes this tiny but noisy jump and I noticed that the pulley wheel is not perfectly aligned in the same direction as the chainring. What could be the culprit? A worn wheel, a bent hanger or some else? More pics in the comments (the bike is upside down for demonstration purposes but I made sure that the noise occurred when pedalling normalling as well).
