Random crackling sound on a new bike

My Scott Spark RC Team 2025 which I bought 2 months ago started making some random noises (Crackling sounds), I took it to a repair shop, and the guy thought the noise is coming from the rear wheel, so he took it off and lubed the cassette and everything was checked and was fine. Although I asked him to check the crank and the housing, he refused and said the bike is brand new and there is no reason to.

I usually ride in the fields and trails but nothing too extreme, I never had an accident but hit the pedals on rocks a couple of times riding on trails, and I recently upgraded to cleats coming from normal shoes and changed the pedals too. I noticed the crackling noises about a week ago I also feel it on my feet when it crackles.

Overall, The bike has around 1000km, And I normally wash it after every 1 – 2 rides.
