  1. The squeeze between the bus and the car looked very tight on camera. If either of them had swerved in your direction bc they were not paying attention… Remember you only get one life! Be safe bc I want to see more videos in the future 🤝

  2. When I commuted to work I road in peak hour traffic or drafted off buses and hit speeds of 50+ kph if the lights were right. But lane changers and swinging doors put me down more than once. Being faster than cars can be more dangerous.

  3. Most of the people you SHARE the road with don't understand road bikes as a concept. They just see another cyclist. As much as it sucks, it's your responsibility to make sure everyone as well. And sometimes that means to adjust your speed to traffic. Just like EVERY OTHER PARTICIPANT IN TRAFFIC.
A silly outfit and the desire to KOM doesn't mean you automatically have the right of way.

  4. yes in traffic jams maybe you need to slow down, or when lights are red all the other time you are doing 35 km/h at best and just in the way. Unfortunately most of our cities are not made for cars and bicycles, if there is a designated lane for bicycles however that would be best.
