It’s not terrible, but the most secure approach would be to take off the front wheel (if you have quick-release skewers), and run the u-lock through both rims, the frame and the bike rack. You probably also want to take off the seat post.

At the very least I wouldn’t leave the front wheel unprotected.

Depends 100% on environmental factors. Where you are chaining up, time of day, how long leaving it unattended. Add another cable to front wheel and you should be ok in a medium threat environment.

    Not good.

For this bike, you should lock the back wheel and frame to the rack, then use the cable for the front wheel. Your lock seems long enough to do this.

Otherwise, there are no locks that are safe overnight, or for long durations(this could be pretty short in a hot spot). Different locks just slow thieves down by varying degrees. With the right tool, cutting a good u lock does not take too long(YouTube). It’s all about how quickly your bike is spotted by the crew, how long it is in that spot, and how tempting the bike is vs other potential grabs.
