Pictures are too nice to be a stolen bike, so I think it is a scam to rob the sap that shows up with cash.

Bike and seller likely don’t even exist, much more common to try to skim a deposit or prepayment than rob in person. If you reverse image search the photos you might even find the real listing they ripped the photos from. Report and move on
