Remove seatpost, wipe down seatpost and inside of the seat tube, apply grease or carbon paste (if carbon frame or post) to seatpost and reinstall torqueing to spec.
Check your rear axle, remove it, apply grease to threads and reinstall to torgue spec…or therabouts.
Also, quit using high pressure directly to your pivot points, hubs, etc. it will destroy your bike, maybe not today or tomorrow but it will lead to an early death for parts.
