Love this bike and been commuting on it for a half year now, but feel like the bars are just slightly too low (stem is at minimum insertion already). If I ride with my fists closed on the bar it feels about right so looking for something with like 30mm-50mm rise and just a little bit of backsweep for comfort; might want to do some light touring in the future too. Any suggestions?

Fists closed on top* of the bar like simulating a fist’s worth of rise
Velo Orange Seine are what I have and I like them!
Ergotec has a bunch of bars to choose from with mild to wild sweeps and rises. I use the ergotec trekking. Slight rise with like 45 deg sweep. Feels comfy. I also have a dimension arc. No rise but 30 deg sweep. The velo orange klunker is my absolute favorite on my computer. Wish there was an aluminum version tho bc it’s pretty heavy.
Crumbworks KT bar would be great on here
I loved my Nitto Steve Potts camper bar when I was rockin it. 38mn rise, 18 degree sweep
The classic all-time standard are North road bars.
I’ve really enjoyed the Soma Dream Riser: [https://www.somafab.com/archives/product/dream-riser-handlebar](https://www.somafab.com/archives/product/dream-riser-handlebar)
I have Ahearne Map on my 92’ diamondback

Best bar on the planet is the Carbon Bar from Oneup
Those guys hacked carbon fiber. Thing does exactly what they say it does
Love your bike.
I’d highly recommend the Anchor bar from Stridsland (currently out of stock, but you can get on his ”let u know list” via IG for when they’re restocked in a month or so):

Prohibitively wide, unless you’re after that, but plenty of room beyond the rise to trim a little if you need to. May require a shim (which he also sells), depending on the stem you’d run with them.
Have these on my Omnium cargo and ABSOLUTELY love them!
(Saving your post in my bike spank bank).
nitto dove bars are great! £30 as well, cannot complain 🙂
I like my Jones H-bars. They have a comfortable sweep back for upright riding and I have many hand positions. I can grab the loop to lean down and engage my glutes for climbing.

Simworks Fun3
Depends how much sweep you want, lately I don’t like going too far beyond 25 or so personally. But for a commuter something close to 30 can be really comfortable. I have the Sim Works “fun 3” bars and love them for that feel, Velo Orange Seine bars are very similar. If you want less sweep the Tumbleweed Persuader Bars come in a 20 degree and 30 degree option. Also Sim Works getaround bars are a comfy option. Ah, there’s so many options!
Nice color
Klunker Bar from Velo Orange

If you like style check out the [cardinal bar](https://www.wildebikes.com/collections/frontpage/products/cardinal-bar?variant=46072139382962) from Wilde.

Ritchie Kyote
If you can get ahold of them, NittoXCrumbworks ktbar are by far and away my favorite bars, no question
I’m gonna get the Velo Orange Curvy Bar next week. I tried the VO Utility Riser bar, but the rise didn’t work for me. Plus they were too wide. Getting through my apartment doorway was kinda annoying.
Sexy fcker! Nittos Albatross maybe?
