    Possibly fixable, definitely not safe to ride in its current state. The manufacturer will determine if that area is repairable or not—I honestly can’t say. It seems like a high stress area of the frame.

    There are carbon repair shops in every major town. Find your nearest and have it fixed

    If it’s this frame it’s indeed not inserted very far, although the height setting seems fairly limited otherwise if you look at the seat tube narrowing.

    Don’t see any guidelines in the assembly instructions, and only maximum seat post insertion in the geometry chart..

  4. No need to worry at all because you can be fully confident that this frame needs to be taken to a shop and warrantied
