    Any idea what’s with all the noise and the drivetrain feeling sticky? Chain was just lubed

      did you remove the chain and clean it first? Maybe you threaded it wrong when putting it back on 

      B screw adjustment? 

      what lube did you use?

      If it’s old the chain rollers might be loose and making noise. If the chain is new it could be binding on old cogs that it hasn’t worn into.

      I could be mistaken, but is the chain rubbing the front derailleur? Might just need to add tension to the cable.
