This route was suggested by my old cycling club mate Ian Wortley.
I never knew about this trail.
The map suggests 7 minutes to complete, but being unfit as I am took me over 10, but gave me sometime time to look around.

Used to start my ride from here and head to Sheffield regularly. I really need to try and get another bike and get back riding again I miss it.
