I sold the same bike (different color) for $350 a couple years ago. $300 sounds like a deal to me, but if it’s listed at $300 they’ll probably take $250.
I don’t trust any bikes that are sold on Facebook marketplace as two of my employees had bikes stolen and then they showed up on Facebook marketplace
If you search around, you could probably do better a bit better for $300. Tiagra is a fairly low end group set, It is however not a bad one. If you could stretch your budget to $500, you could do a whole lot better with Ultegra/Dura Ace parts and maybe even a carbon frame.
