This is a Orbea Terra with DT Swiss 1400 50mm rims. I did a test ride today because I have a race on Saturday and noticed something wasn’t right. The axle is tightened, but I can still move the frame on the outside. The thing where the axle is going through and that holds my derailleur isn’t screwed or fixed in the frame. The frame is intact, there have been no accidents. I have never noticed this problem and did a lot of tours on this bike. Does anybody know what‘s going on or has experienced the same issue? I need help urgently

You lost UDH screw. Or through axle retention bolt is the other name. Screw with left hand thread, which comes into the frame.from this side.
I hope you are lucky enough and the screws of your derailleurhanger just snapped, get wheel oit and check the screws.
If that is not the case it probably means “new frame day”
If we got more picture material frome the other site without the wheelbi could say more
The part you’re missing usually comes with the rear derailleur hanger.
You should be able to get a new one at any Orbea partner.
Orbea use a different hanger, with a different bolt, for their SRAM and Shimano builds on some Terra models. You can’t just buy any UDH bolt, you need the correct Orbea part.
Find your *specific* Terra model, open the manual, go to the section on derailleur hanger to find the part number: https://www.orbea.com/us-en/support/manuals/
