Probably imo it depends on the group set. Close up pictures of the Derailleur. Or even high enough resolution to zoom in and read. Looks like maybe it’s grx in which case yeah 900 seems reasonable but try to get it for 8.

It looks like new. It’s actually great for a beginner, because it has nice gearing, you can climb and be pretty fast on good roads. And you could put some wider tires for comfort too. Prise seems fair to me. Lovely color :))

If it’s a SRAM Apex mechanical I wouldn’t pay more than $600-700
