Seller says she bought it from her neighbors’ when they were moving out, says she paid $600 and recently upgraded pedal and bar tape. She does not know the year.
I tried to negotiate the price down,
but she’s firm. Is this bike worth it or should I keep looking?

I mean, this bike is about 15 years old. I’d say $250-300 is fair.
