I just bought this bike used, and there’s some kind of weird front axle/fork incompatibility. I’m having trouble figuring out what’s going on here. The diameter of this axle is enormous, and it doesn’t seat into the dropouts of the fork properly. But I can’t find what sort of standard or type of hub or axle This is. Any help?

Looks like someone has rockshox torque caps on the front wheel. Probably had a RS fork on there and didn’t fix it for the next person (you)
