Cycling down in Carrick on Suir with Orla Walsh for L’Etape Ireland. this was a quick spin on the 100km route, their is another option of a 150km cycle. The cycle has everything, big climbs, rapid decents and plenty of food stops. Great to be able to cycle the roads where Sean Kelly and Sam Bennett grew up on.

That climb ye were desending before Mahon Bridge is the Mauma Road not Mahon Falls! Theres no way you'd manage to film on Mahon Falls decent! Its wild! Great video though. My home roads. Cycle the Mauma a few times a week!

Please please please get the utility case for the Insta360. Myself and hundreds of others online had our mounting point pull through the body of the camera due to vibration.
Keep the camera level while using the wheel to tighten it into place also.
