Seller is asking $800. Said it was only used 5 times. Confirmed it has shimano claris. Looks pretty clean from what I can see. This would be my first road bike and want to get something solid and respectable but also don’t want to break the bank on something new yet. How much lower do you think I could ask for if at all? I live in a city where this will probably sell really quick.

every used bike has only been ridden a “few” times…….. What year is the bike? It is a entry level SL frame with rim brakes and exposed cables….800 seems really high.
No way. Rim brakes and a dork disk? I’d offer $300.
I paid 400 for the same bike, the first thing you’re gonna need to do is swap the brake pads out, preferably swap the brake calipers too, also Claris FD is not great either
