You have a flat tyre. Pump up the tyre. If it goes flat again, get a new inner tube and try again.

Looks like you got a flat. A great opportunity to learn how to fix them!

There are youtube videos by Brompton on how to change a tube on Brompton.
It’s absolutely doable – I learnt it from the same videos. If I can do it, anyone can do it.
Bear in mind you will need to buy a new tube (I use 16/18 in Schwalbes, but maybe guys have something better to recommend). If the tyre is damaged, I would get a new tyre too, otherwise you will keep having punctures. Schwalbe Marathons are a frequent recommendation.
You will also need a wrench key (check the size).
You will need gloves and a pump.
Roughly, you will need to turn your bike upside down, unscrew the hexagon nuts that hold the wheel in place, remove the wheel, just slightly inflate the tube, squeeze the tube and the wheel into the tyre, make sure you insert the wheel back correctly, put the nuts and other bits back, screw them on, turn your bike back to normal position and properly inflate your tyres.
Mind it that videos make it look easy. It is not that easy. You can spend an hour wrestling with your bike, tube, tyre and wheel easily. And that’s fine.
The most difficult bit for me is to squeeze the wheel and the tube into the tyre. It may take some swearing and several attempts.
The more you do it, the more easy it becomes.
Believe me, once you have it sorted, you will feel invincible.

a normal tire needs air. a tube contains the air. the question is, where is the air and the tube ?
