Call Trek customer support, or local trek store. Give them the serial number from under the bottom bracket. They can provide year and original components.

I believe the “S” at the end of the serial number means it’s a 2022 production year, which makes sense since the Domane Gen 4 came out in late 2022 (and this one is a Gen 3).
