I recently noticed that my tyres have got some cracks in places, where the tyre usually wrinkles when under heavy stopping. Should I change out my tyres or is this fine? Sorry if the photo is low quality, my phones old
It’s just a fold mark from your tyres compressing under load – pump up your tyres

This is a bit of fatigue in the sidewall. If you’re riding off road, you don’t need more air in your tires unless you’re feeling rim on impacts. You’ll wear your knobs off before you ever fail the sidewall.

Those marks are because you have been running your tyres at below the minimum pressure for the tyre for an extended period of time. By the time those marks appear there has already been some damage to the carcass its self from this and the tyre will fail sooner than it otherwise would as a result.
Take it as a warning to pay closer attention to the minimum tyre pressures you run and the tyre will still last for a good while yet but continue as you have and the damage will continue and it will fail fairly soon.
