Here we go again
This is by far the most asked question in this sub. It holds the cables/hoses so they don’t clank around in the frame and make a racket.
Its a zip tie holding the brake line from making noise in the downtube
Lol, I did this last week. Apparently it’s a FAQ
Its there to hold the lines in the downtube from rattling. I was concerned, but it’s all good.
