Why do cyclists always celebrate before the finish line?
Super show Rob. You make it so exciting.
Rob you are so right feel sorry for the riders what is wrong with them
That's just B.S GPS dataer will not fix the problem,, just a over reach from the UCI,,safety is a rides responsible as well,,, but the UCI have no right to the dataer
Go Rob🎉
The UCI is clueless and should focus on making sure there are less road furniture. The UCI is a bully… do it my way or else attitude
Here are my top 3: 1st Place – Jonas, 2nd place – Richard from EF 3. TBD could be one of the UAE boys. Sprint will go to Mads Pedersen.
obviously bad management by UCI. it's their job to serve cycling, and they have done it poorly here. also, i don't get how gps tracker will improve safety. that's just a made-up reason for collecting data.
新しい選手の.活躍を願う.
The first WT win for 365. Pulled off by a budget Irish guy. Are ya watching Tom Pidcock 😂. Money for nothing!
Come on, Rob! The entire women's "pro" cycling industry is a "farce"… this nonsense with the UCI is just another conformation of that; these teams–these riders–and certainly these RACES are NOT "Professional"… with a capital P. They're a joke. You're here blathering about some the disqualification of 5 teams–instead of talking about what a joke this "Tour" really is. Stage 1 – a 4.39km time trial??? Are you serious? THAT isn't something you feel the need to discuss–how "Pro" women aren't even required to ride 3 whole MILES in a "professional" TIME TRIAL event??? Seriously??? And entire day of racing–and entire stage–for a distance that will take them maybe 10 or 15 minutes to complete??? THAT isn't retarded enough for you to comment on??? Why is the MEN's Tour de Romandie 683 km but the WOMEN's is only 250 km??? That's pathetic. If WOMEN riders want to be considered "on par" with the men–if they want EQUAL respect and EQUAL pay… shouldn't they have to SUFFER just as much as the men do??? Shouldn't they have to BE just as good as the men are??? (Even "relatively" speaking.) Any simple google search about the physical performance gap between most "pro" male and female athletes–in the same port–will return estimates of 10 to 15% difference… maybe 20% at most–in some sports. So why are "pro" women only riding 25 to 30% of the total distance–and the total elevations–that MALE "pro" cyclists are riding–in the EXACT SAME "events"??? That's the TRUE scandal here, Rob… not this bullshit about GPS tracking devices. But none of the patsies in the "pro" cycling media EVER want to talk about THAT inequality.
I left after the fourth Michelin ad..
Vuelta looking like it’s going to be great. Good field, 10 summit finishes. Let’s go!
Vuelta is my favorite race every year because it’s brutal and some smaller teams light it up
The UCI is a joke. They care more about sock height and handlebar width than actual rider safety. Like most dictatorships, corrupt and out of touch with the realities of the racers.
Awesome coverage and were great to listen to and learn lots about cycling! Thank you
Don't be so sure EGAN, you'll win overall at La vuelta. 😂Maybe a stage win or two and podium finish will suffice. It will be hard for Team INEOS to win GC overall. 😂 😂 😂 😂 😊
That was a horrible farce. How could the useless UCI hurt all the Female cyclists from major teams They hv been preparing all their lives and are once again caught in male politics. I congratulate my favorite teams for not caving into UCI who had the whole season to work on this issue, not spring it on a race..
Good show. Trying to learn more about the grand tours.
Well, what about the wild fires in Spain?…
Niiiice episode in a very very bad "studio" 🙂 I cheer on Pedersen and Vingegaard in Spain.
What's laughable is you guys pricing on live cycling as you do, greedy scum
Thought this guy would be like 60 years old from his voice
Always love the show, Rob, thank you to you and the editors! A gentle suggestion for when you set up in the various tiny rooms you use around the world, if you're able to put the LED on a light stand and have it a bit higher than you, it makes the lighting really flattering and a touch more clean! Another thing for the suitcase… 😅 – regardless, thank you for your brilliant reporting, always enjoy tuning in.
Thank You for mentioning TdP Women 👌
Just another example where the "people in charge" think THEY are the most important part of the sport… we see this time and time again… in more and more sports… You mentioned the teams and the riders, but let us NOT forget the sponsors! WOULD you sponsor a new team IF you saw major teams get excluded from a race like this?
It's ashame that most people won't be able to watch it due to @TNTSportscycling's astronomical prices.
Haha. Love the not-so-subtle plug for Friebos's books…
