Opinion needed:
Pay 1000 ish for a 8-10 year old custom steel fat bike with extra wheel set(26” and 29”) Set up as single speed now so would likely need to buy new drivetrain. Bike seems to be fairly high miles. Very small bike company build… don’t think they are even still in operation.
MSRP $1800ish.
Pay 2500ish for 8 year old custom salsa Ti mukluk fat tire. Less than 100 miles looks to be in near new condition. Internally geared hub.
