Had a fall, luckily just a few bruises/scratches, I hit like a puddle and had a side fall. The only scratches are on the front of the cockpit, with what appears to be bend handle bars, do you think this is the handlebars themselves that are bent or just the break/shifter. Also is this easy to realign? Thanks

Can’t really tell, but if she shifter are a bit more out or in, you can Peel off the hoods, and there is a screw to move them in or out, so you can realign them
I would say hood and levers are more likely to shift than handles being bent.
