PARIS – RAMBOUILLET : Véloscénie cyclo-tourism route, riding the CANYON GRIZL AL 6 1BY.

🇬🇧 : Today, something a little more relaxed, we cycle from Paris to Rambouillet, following the VELOSCENIE cyclo-tourism itinerary : https://tinyurl.com/Veloscenie

Personally, and this is not aimed at the FranceVéloTourism people who are doing the best they can with what they have, I would NOT recommend this itinerary to anyone traveling with children or anyone who does not have experience with cycling in unsafe conditions.

Whilst most of the route is indeed secure, the parts which are not would be, in my opinion, frankly terrifying if you’re not familiar with road cycling, or are accompanied by children.

You will hear me complain and moan a lot throughout this video, this only reflects my personal opinion and style of cycling, with which this route was not very compatible.

I continue to consider the state of cycling itineraries in France to be, in some parts, absolutely shocking, unsafe, and disappointing.

A titre purement personnel, et je ne souhaite absolument pas dénigrer le travail des personnes en charge de FranceVéloTourisme, qui font du mieux qu’ils peuvent avec ce qu’ils ont, je ne pourrais recommander cet itinéraire à quiconque voyagerais avec des enfants, ou à quiconque n’a pas d’expérience en matière de cyclisme en conditions dangereuses.

Si la majeure partie de l’itinéraire est effectivement sécurisée, les parties qui ne le sont pas sont, à mon avis, tout simplement terrifiantes si vous n’êtes pas habitués au cyclisme sur route, ou si vous êtes accompagnés d’enfants.

Vous allez m’entendre râler tout au long de cette vidéo, cela ne fait que refléter mon opinion personnel et ma manière de rouler, avec lequel cet itinéraire n’était pas très compatible.

Je considère que la sécurité des itinéraires cyclables en France est, pour certaines portions, absolument choquante, dangereuse, et décevante.
