That’s a lot for that bike
Have you checked the sizing? Most important thing to get right. Looks pretty large I think. Price wise that would be 250-350 in the US, and Canada tends to be a bit more expensive, so I wouldn’t be upset at what they’re asking.
With 105 that’s a good deal
I’d just make sure it fits you, and give the frame a good look to make sure there are no compromising dents or cracks
