This is one of the French Alps’ most iconic cycling routes — a 130km loop taking on the Col du Pré and the Cormet de Roselend, via the stunning Barrage de Roselend.
Starting in Moutiers, the route begins with the steep and twisting Col du Pré, before dropping down to the turquoise lake of the Barrage de Roselend. From there, the road climbs again toward the Cormet de Roselend (1,968m), a long and demanding ascent that feels every bit like a Tour de France classic.
In total, the ride stacks up over 2,500m of climbing across two monster ascents — all in the kind of jaw-dropping alpine scenery that makes the French Alps legendary for cycling.
🚴♂️ Ride Details:

• Elevation Gain: ~2,500m
