Your freehub needs to be cleaned, it is preventing the cassette from turning in the non-drive direction. If you Google how to service/clean a freehub you can get tons of videos on the topic.

Freehub pawls are gummed up needs cleaning and repacking with grease. Hence it locks on the backpedal

See if the chain is properly seated on the derailleur wheels or it’s not stuck around that area. Otherwise I have no idea, could be the hub as others say.
