I wouldn’t buy it. The gearing range is very narrow I guess. I’d really struggle going uphill with that bike. Rim brakes are solid but it seems old.
I’d pay more to get a newer model

It’s not a gravel bike. It’s a road bike with wide tyres, or more accurately a cyclocross bike.
