  1. Demilitarized and denazified Ukraine can have security guarantees as they were written in an initialled Istanbul agreement. Russia will be one of the guarantor powers with a veto power over any Ukraine military cooperation with other powers or alliances.

  2. When the Russian ecenomy fails we will have 45 million russians as refugees. Winter fuel is the only deal we have to make now with Saudi and UAE for Europe this season only and fewer shipments to China. .
