It is either out of it’s position which means you have to disassemble it or you have to tighten one of the little screws. If tightening the bolts didn’t work look for a teardown video of your shifter it is a little complicated job but it is not impossible

Remove this bottom cover with the Phillips screwdriver and tighten the nut right below it. You might have to bend some metal pieces that hold the nut.
