This is pretty old geometry and suspension is going to take a lot of money to upkeep, try to find something newer
If someone gave me that bike as a newb I would be stoked and ride the fuck out of it. I would definitely not pay $900 for it.
It was a great bike in 2014, still a good bike but it’s worth more like 400 tops
This is too high a price for an 11 (possibly 12) year old frame and tech. If the price was $400-450 USD, then it’d be a bit easier to agree to.
Bikes really changed around 2016 or so with 1x, dropper posts, etc becoming standard features along with thru-axles. This is overpriced due to lacking all those things. I’d look for something 2018-2019 or newer.
For 900 bucks get something newer and better
That thing is ancient. I’m super inexperienced but even I can tell the geometry is from like a decade ago
I bought one of these for 400 in 2019 and sold in in 2020 for 900.

Hell no. You would regret this so quickly
I have this bike. Seller has it downgraded from stock build. I’ve been slowly upgrading it with spare parts and sale items, but I would not buy this as-is for that much.
