I race gravel and critium, so it is fair to say biking is a very important part of my life. GF wanted to go on cafe rides, evening river rides and bike picnics… So, with much thought about needs and requirements, Brompton was the only answer. I YOLO'D this purchase. Luxurious black laquer with all the beautiful brazing on display. This thing absolutely glimmers. It oozes a sophisticated style. After taking it out on a jaunt to the skate park and pump track I must admit this thing is absolutely fun. It's nimble, stable enough and the acceleration… wow. What a freaking fun ride this is. Yea, it's slow, and putting down the watts makes this thing bounce around. But this is pleasure. Pure pleasure. What a great bike.
