Elite suito t grinding / throbbing noise

Hi, I recently was given trainer: elite suito t. Today I used it for the first time and it seems to me that it is really noisy. I hear grinding/throbbing sound beside normal sound that drivetrain makes. I put new cassette on the trainer and the chain is not worn (checked with Shimano tool).

Do you know where does this sound comes from? Do I have faulty trainer?
