A road trip around the Garda lake in northern Italy in October 2023 got us to Limone sul garda, the village of lemons. Located at the western bank of the mighty Garda lake in the Lombardy region, Limone sul Garda is a little hidden gem in itself.
Curvy roads leading through tunnels along the rocky cliffs brought us to Limone sul Garda. At first, this town didn’t seem like anything. I started filming at the shores of the lake, and I honestly thought it would turn out to be a short clip. The walk towards the town center soon unveiled this formidable display of a breathtakingly beautiful town perched along the Garda lake mountains.
