Hello, i recently purchased my first gravel bicycle second hand, and i found out that the aluminum frame is damaged at the back side of the diwn tube. I’ve looked it up in Google and they said that it may crack under stress. What do you guys think???

This does not look like a stress crack. If it is the lower part of the frame, it could very well be a dent from a careless impact. Unpleasant, but not fatal.
Back side of down tube likely means a rock or something got picked up by friction or mud and got lodged between the tire and the downtube. That is an impact scratch, not a stress crack.
I’m in to many subreddits now, I thought this was a plane flying over a island during WW2 when I saw the first picture, haha!
I hope the issue gets resolved and it isn’t anything major or you can get reimbursed!
