Is this a child’s bike? Looks small in pic! Sunday is a fire bmx bike but you can get one new for 450! Some are obviously going to be more but on average 450 new.

This is likely to be a Sunday Scout or Primer complete bike which is a (mostly) hi-ten frame, fork and bars. I don’t think it’s a great deal.

Looks like a Sunday primer with a guard sprocket, new grips, with pegs. Pedals might be swapped too.
I bought a 2022 primer in 2023 for 200$, I sold it a year later for 200$ I would see if they’d take 200$. It has maybe 100$ worth of parts in it. But 450 is wild. You could get something new for same price, or better priced used bike with more aftermarket parts
