Light sits upside down on my bars in case you were wondering. Very simple design 3D printed in PETG. Slips on and is held in place by friction. I will adjust how far it sits next time I’m out around dark.
Just trying to do my part. Cheers.

You don’t actually need to limit the light that is going downwards – that’s light you need in front of your wheel! A retrofitted limiter like that should only block the light going out to the top, so that you get a proper light-dark-border like a car‘s headlight.
How well does it work? Got any beam photos?
I like the idea. I’d love a way to point my beam farther ahead without blinding oncoming traffic.
