DT Competition does not have a super obvious transition from 2.0 mm to 1.8 mm. On something like the DT Revolution you don’t have to look at it twice to know.
So, just looking at this one photograph I’m not ready to say if these are DT Competition or DT Champion.
If you run your finger tips on the spoke, you can very clearly feel if it’s straight gauge or not.

Measure them. 0.2mm is a subtle difference.

Get a caliper and measure the midsection. The transition from 2mm to 1.8mm on DT Competitions isn’t easy to discern with eyes or fingers.

What was the butting you ordered?
[Ordered from Velo Mine.](https://velomine.com/products/dt-swiss-xm-401-29er-rims-mtb-wheelset-shimano-xtr-hubs-microspline-32h?srsltid=AfmBOopoFc1JpKDfsYU3A8-6qMHzZmUPp2AN0Mf5usMRAhx2E-73b4tC) They looked like a good deal as i needed an upgrade because I keep breaking spokes. But this looks like its going to be a problem.
