That’s a problem of the derailleur adjustment, you might have to adjust it differently for that cassette

Assuming this cassette is the same number of gears as your shifter is indexed for, you can adjust the barrel adjuster on the rear derailleur a few turns and it should correct the tension.
The chain line isn’t the same on the trainer as it is on your bike, you have to tweak the indexing a little bit when you switch back and forth. Common problem.
