  1. to be honest bad 😭, yo need to pull the bars to your chest an then pull up whit your feet at the same time you push the bars, and also your legs dosnt have to move, keep the cranks parallel and lift whit your feet whit out moving the position up of the cranks 👍

  2. Level ur cranks, pull the bars and bike up towards you at the same time, repeat, repeat, repeat. Repetition is key, ur see urself getting better at it. Remember if the front wheel leaves the ground first then technically its a J-hop

  3. Looks like a complete beginner lol.

I’d say start practicing just picking up the front wheel. Try to get you from wheel up high as you can. Try to manual or wheelie. You may not think these are related but they have foundational skills you’ll use for bunnyhops

  4. This is a good start. The scary part as a beginner is getting used to picking up the front wheel high enough without looping out so to work on overcoming that you should be looping out and jumping off the back of the bike to get used to that feeling. Roll along at a slow walk pace, lean back getting your butt over the back wheel and then push through your pedals with your legs. This should pick up the front wheel and start rotating the bike around the back wheel and when you feel the front wheel has lifted almost vertical then just jump off the bike holding the bars and walk along behind it. [Adam LZ](https://youtu.be/lPfNagf1Yl8?si=CO0oFOPQUqPZWXcB) video is a great example to start with and this one on [how to manual](https://youtu.be/l5Gm7ujMlXo?si=Y-2G_eNILb-LXUnc)goes through the looping out process
It takes time but you will get there.
