Hello!
Front and back tires on my bike have a bit of wobble to them, as shown in the video. I've been riding around on the bike for a bit, but some people are telling me it is unsafe and I should get it looked at. Should I take it in to get it looked at, or is it minor enough to not have to worry about? Up until now it has ridden fine, brakes fine, etc.
Thank you!!

Most likely a wheel truing issue. Can cause problems with braking due to changing pressure against rim from brake. Could also cause rubbing of rim against brake when you don’t it to be rubbing/braking. Take it in for a wheel truing, or pick up the right tool and watch some videos if you are on a dime.
Your wheels need to be trued, probably properly tensioned and stress relieved as well. Consult Google if you’re a DIY’er or a Local Bike Shop if you’re not.
Check that the tyre is Seated correctly around the whole rim. If not then deflate and try again. If it is Seated correctly then your wheel needs straightened.
Check for loose spokes
Y’all need to invest in a spoke wrench. Then watch a video to learn how to use it.
