Could be decent if they’re telling the truth about the condition. Only has cable brakes though, which means you could potentially be looking at deals on new bikes around this price. Granted there’s often tax considerations and availability of sizes to factor in.

With that in mind, I might be looking more at 500-600 for a second hand option.
Looks decent to me, just give it a good once over and see if they’ll come down a little on price. But I’d pay $700 for that
700 too much for a 2020 aluminum sora imo. but XS bikes are tough on the used market so could be worth overpaying
