My 20+ year old Lake cycling shoes are nearing end of life so it’s time for a replacement. I’m going to glue the sole back on but have little hope of them lasting as my experience with re-glueing soles to shoes hasn’t been great.
Contenders for replacements are the Fizik Terra Atlas and the Shimano SH-XC502. Anyone have any opinion on either of these. They’re on sale at about the same price in my area so I’m going to try them both on before deciding but was hoping to get some feedback from the cycling community here on Reddit.
