this is everything we ate for a full day in York shambles is one of the most famous streets in the world and it’s home to shambles kitchen which nearly blew my poor brain away they smoke all their meet in house to fill their sandwiches this is the guy folks beef barboa sandwich think a low and slow smoked beef Shin braced in Adobo broth sandwiched between a freshly baked slice of fatcha it’s spicy it’s tender it’s damn right delicious next up krap who serve glet this is a fermented sourdough Savory pancake and I’m going to find it quite hard to describe how good this was they make everything in house from the pickled onions to the sausages even to the sauces it was absolutely stacked with flavor I was expecting this to be good but it was anami party and utterly ridiculous we then stopped at clucking o who do this gigantic Pizza style mozzarella stick but you come here for their Fried Chicken this is their hot honey and truffle Burger which is literally showered in parasan cheese then to finish things off with some sweet with Vis did crumbles the Creme Brule apple crumble if you can’t take a date to come me enjoy
