My front brakes does have this screeching noise in high pitch which I think is different from the normal rim brakes screeching sound.
Anyone can help? I already clean the brakelines with alcohol but no luck.

Try angling the pads relative to the rim so the front of the pad hits the rim first. There should be some spherical washers behind the pad that allow for this kind of adjustment
